Action: Remove hint from query

QSM-01131：查询有ONLY_MULTIMV_REWRITE提示,
.原因：当查询具有此提示时，如果查询在FROM子句中具有无MV的查询块，则不会进行multimv重写,
.操作：从查询中删除提示,
