QSM-01053: NORELY referential integrity constraint on table, string, in TRUSTED/STALE TOLERATED integrity mode
Cause: A join present in the materialized view requires RELY mode to be set on the primary/foreign key constraints.
Action: Set the RELY mode with ALTER TABLE MODIFY CONSTRAINT RELY command. Alternatively validate the constraint with ALTER TABLE

QSM-01053：NORELY参照完整性约束表，字符串，TRUSTED / STALE TOLERATED完整性模式,
.原因：物化视图中存在的连接需要在主键/外键约束上设置RELY模式。,
.操作：使用ALTER TABLE

MODIFY CONSTRAINT RELY命令设置RELY模式。或者使用ALTER TABLE

VALIDATE CONSTRAINT 验证约束。,
