PRKO-03134: -n option cannot be specified in conjunction with -z option
Cause: -n and -z options were both provided during 'srvctl modify instance' command invocation.
Action: Use 'srvctl modify instance' command with either the -n or -z option to modify the node instance mapping of the database instance.
