PRKO-02710: Option '-n' cannot be used to start RAC database {0}
Cause: The -n option was specified to start RAC database, but -n is only applicable to RAC One Node databases.
Action: Either use 'srvctl start instance' to start RAC database instance on the given node or use 'srvctl start database' without -n option to start the RAC database.
