PRKO-02421: Network resource is already started on node(s): {0}
Cause: The start node applications command failed because Network resource is already started.
Action: If this is the expected state then this is not an error. If it is not then Network resource can be stopped by 'srvctl stop nodeapps' command. Note that once started network resource cannot be stopped.
