PRKO-02313: VIP {0} does not exist.
Cause: An attempt was made to remove a VIP with the specified vipname. No such VIP was configured on the cluster.
Action: If this is the expected state then it is not an error. Check the status of VIPs using 'srvctl status vip' command. VIP must be added using 'srvctl add vip' command before it can be removed.
