CRS-09508: The Cluster Health Monitor repository retention time cannot be number seconds, due to lack of disk space on node string.
Cause: The Cluster Health Monitor retention time condition could not be fulfilled as Cluster Health Monitor repository ran out of disk space at run time at repository location.
Action: Use the 'oclumon manage -repos reploc ' command to replace the Cluster Health Monitor repository with a disk location that has at least 1GB of available space per cluster node.
