Cause: An attempt was made to alter configuration of an internally managed server pool that is hosting an administrator-managed configuration.
Action: Do not modify this server pool via srvpool object directly. Instead use srvctl add/remove instance or srvctl modify database/service to alter this server pool's configuration.
