CRS-02617: Incorrect value of attribute flags has been specified for attribute string. Only READONLY flag can be changed for a type attribute. Cause: Attempt was made to update the flag on a resource type attribute. The only change allowed is to the readonly property of the attribute. Action: Provide correct value of the attribute flag.
